Fees and Insurance

• Individual Therapy: $250 per 50-55 Minute Session; $125 per 25-30 Minute Session

• Group Therapy for OCD (ERP Treatment Group): $125 per 60 Minute Group

• Initial Diagnostic Intake Assessment: $350

• I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for payment

• Superbills are provided upon request for insurance reimbursement

I do not accept insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider.  However, your insurance company may reimburse a portion of the fees for psychological services that are provided out-of-network.  Please call your insurance provider directly to see how much they reimburse for out-of-network providers using the following billing codes:

• Initial Diagnostic Intake Assessment ($350): 90791-95

• Individual Therapy, 50-55 Minute Appointments ($250): 90834-95 or 90837-95

• Individual Therapy, 25-30 Minute Appointments ($125): 90832-95 

• Group Psychotherapy for OCD ($125): 90853-95
