Fees and Insurance

• Individual therapy: $250 per 50-55 minute session; $125 per 25-30 minute session

• Group therapy for OCD (ERP treatment group): $125 per 60 minute group

• Initial diagnostic intake assessment: $300

• I accept all major credit cards, debit cards, Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA), and Health Savings Accounts (HSA) for payment

• Superbills are provided upon request for insurance reimbursement

I do not accept insurance and am considered an out-of-network provider.  However, your insurance company may reimburse a portion of the fees for psychological services that are provided out-of-network.  Please call your insurance provider directly to see how much they reimburse for out-of-network providers using the following billing codes:

• Initial diagnostic intake assessment ($300): 90791-95

• 50-55 minute appointments ($250): 90834-95 or 90837-95

• 25-30 minute appointments ($125): 90832-95
